These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TabSnooze Chrome extension and the tab-snooze.com website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by VivekaCapitalLlc. By installing or using TabSnooze you agree to these Terms.
TabSnooze is a Chrome browser extension that suspends inactive tabs to free RAM and allows you to save and restore named tab sessions. Core features are free. Pro features (named sessions and cross-device sync) require a paid license.
TabSnooze grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for your own browsing. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or sublicense the extension or any license key.
Pro licenses are sold through Paddle (paddle.com), which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, VAT, GST, and tax obligations. By purchasing a Pro license you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
Monthly and Annual plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact support@tab-snooze.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refund requests after 30 days are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Your saved sessions are retained after your subscription ends — nothing is deleted. You will not be able to create new sessions or restore existing ones without an active license. Upgrading re-enables everything immediately.

TabSnooze is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every website or Chrome version.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TabSnooze and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or browser session information.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via the extension or this website.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at tab-snooze.com/terms.html. Continued use of TabSnooze after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
